Operating Safely

HELPING US TO OPERATE SAFELY

Please be advised that we are continuing to provide our Pub Grub takeaway and delivery service.

During lock down, we have adapted our business to add a new addition to the Inn Cornwall family and launched Pub Grub Takeaway and Delivery. The team rose to the challenge and supported thousands of people in their communities. Our kitchens have remained operational throughout and our teams have completed additional safety and hygiene training. We have also used this time to carry out improvements and renovations within our pubs.

As we reopen, we have implemented guidance to ensure you have a safe experience. Clear signage will be displayed throughout the restaurant with relevant information to guide you. Please follow the signs, respect the space of others, avoid congregating at the bars and use the hand sanitiser provided. We are also required by government to request your contact details to support with NHS Test and trace. You are now able to choose how you would prefer to order to your table, either online or in person with our team.

Our staff are always at hand to put you at ease. Please respect their space and guidance to ensure that you experience excellent service in a safe and friendly manner.

THE RULE OF 6

Please be advised that further restrictions have been put in place on the amount of people that can be booked in on one table – maximum of 6 people. Any larger groups are required to be separated and are unable to mix or mingle under UK law. Below are a few answers to some queries to assist with this.

🖐🏻 What if a company wants to have a meeting / training?

More than 6 IS allowed – this is classified as work / training / charity basis. The meeting rooms will be set up with social distancing in-place between seats.

🖐🏻 What if we are a family of 7?

Under the guidelines if a family lives together and they from the same “Bubble” or “Support Bubble” then they are allowed. for example – a family of 6 is caring for a grandparent then that is OK. We may require some form of proof.

🖐🏻 Are babies and infants included in the 6?

All children, babies and infants are included in the new guidelines and should be included in the numbers.

🖐🏻 Can we still take a booking for a wake?

Yes up to 30 people are allowed in this instance – The rooms would be set up in sets of 6 seated. Call us to make arrangements.

👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨 Can people go to a pub or restaurant with people they don’t live with?

When eating or drinking out with people you do not live with (and who are not in your support bubble), you should keep to the wider rules on group sizes: you must only attend these places in groups of up to 6 people. You can attend in larger numbers with the people you live with/who are in your support bubble.
